oh my, im so tired. but just wanna write something before i turn in.

alright, today was just TIREDDDDD! had a good sleep. finally. ya but woke up around noon and headed gym with fred,zongsheng,jiaqing. and CHEK HOW! finally, this guy wants to gym. oh well, didnt do alot, most of us were rushing in time. but still, dont know why so tire.

rush back to YISHUN and join my KAKEES for kickboxing training. well well well, im late alright. but no purposely, i was told 5pm start. headed for run, this is killing me. haha well, with some sprinting also. today was fun like last week, AND THANK GOD! my leg didnt cramp. ((:

stretching do helps okay. ya learnt some punch and dodge technique. of coz, learnt how to tie the handwrap. okay, best part is. KNEE KICKING. WOO! fun. and i guess the other 16 of us did enjoy too. LMAO!
