well well well, today's damn tiring okay. like crazy. as usual, every thursday was the training. this time round. ROAR! damn tire la. those cardio always wear me out, BIG TIME.

then, was the circuit training. oh man. first time got circuit. damn tiring la. but though, they're fun. three sections of complete. always so tiring, but fun. ((:

man, people going training become lesser and lesser. -.- why is this happening? =/ because of tire dont want to go? or sick because of the weather? well, i dont know. but do take care everybody. the weather lately is really not that good, right.
